You need to submit an AS (After-Sales) request to repair XPERIX products.
Please follow the steps below to submit an AS request.
STEP 1. Create a Tech-Portal Ticket
- Go to https://tech.xperix.com.
- Log in to the site (Tech-Portal).
- Follow STEP 2 to create a new ticket.
STEP 2. Describe the Issue
Please fill in the following form to submit your AS request.

- Issue Description:
- Photos or Videos of the Issue:
- Purchase Date:
- Contact Person's Phone Number or Email:
Important Notes
- A representative will be assigned based on the information provided.
- The representative may contact you to accurately diagnose the issue.
- AS costs are processed according to internal regulations.
- Send the defective product along with all accompanying cables and power adapters to the XPERIX service center.
- Use the original packaging or equivalent packaging for return shipping.
- Please note that damage to the device during transport or insufficient packaging may void the warranty.
