You need to submit an AS (After-Sales) request to repair XPERIX products.
Please follow the steps below to submit an AS request.

STEP 1. Create a Tech-Portal Ticket

  1. Go to https://tech.xperix.com.
  2. Log in to the site (Tech-Portal).
  3. Follow STEP 2 to create a new ticket.


STEP 2. Describe the Issue

Please fill in the following form to submit your AS request.

Important Notes

  • A representative will be assigned based on the information provided.
  • The representative may contact you to accurately diagnose the issue.
  • AS costs are processed according to internal regulations.
  • Send the defective product along with all accompanying cables and power adapters to the XPERIX service center.
  • Use the original packaging or equivalent packaging for return shipping.
  • Please note that damage to the device during transport or insufficient packaging may void the warranty.
