This page provides troubleshooting steps for when the device does not power on.

STEP 1. Check the Power LED

When the device is connected to the PC, the red power LED should turn on.


STEP 2. Check the Power Switch

Ensure that the power switch is turned on.


STEP 3. Check the USB Port

Verify that the device and the PC are properly connected via the USB port.


STEP 4. Change the PC Port

Try connecting the device to a different USB port on the PC and check again.


STEP 5. Change the PC

Try using a different PC and check if the device powers on.


STEP 6. Submit an AS Request

If steps 1-5 do not resolve the issue, please submit an AS request.
